Waste Not, Want Not
LIMECELLO was originally concocted to cut down on waste in our tasting room. After juicing limes, we found ourselves with heaps of husks destined for the trash. Instead of letting them go to waste, we turned them into something spectacular. What started as an experiment quickly became a fan favorite at local farmers markets, leading us to refine and perfect our recipe into the vibrant liqueur you enjoy today.
At 3BR, we pride ourselves on our controlled heated steeping method. This technique pulls every bit of flavor from the lime peel, including the bitter pith, and balances it with fresh lime juice and just the right amount of sugar. The result is a liqueur that's bold, bright, and free from artificial flavors or concentrates. It's a pure, unfiltered punk spirit in a bottle.
