Soju Tea Time
1.5 oz GOM SOJU 100% rice soju
1 oz GINGER BEAR ginger & honey liqueur
0.75 lime juice
0.5 oz honey simple

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin.
Add ice and shake for 30 seconds for proper dilution.
Strain into pineapple glass.

Garnish with lemon wheel.

Fields Of Rice
1.5 oz GOM SOJU 100% rice soju
1 oz dry vermouth infused with toasted barley (also known as mugicha)

To Make the infusion place toasted barley into the dry vermouth for 24 hours, the strain.
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin.

Add ice and shake for 30 seconds for proper dilution.
Strain into shot glasses.
​
Garnish with lemon oil and lemon twist.
