Gooseberry Sour

1.5 oz SHISHKA savory gin

1 oz egg white

1 oz cherry simple

0.75 oz lime juice

 

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin.

 

shake without ice for 30 seconds.

 

then Add ice and shake for 30 more seconds for proper dilution.

 

Strain into a rocks glass.

add cube.

 

Garnish with  angostura bitter. peychaud's bitters, and gooseberries.
