2 oz GOROVKA Russian specialty spirit
1.5 oz carrot simple
1 oz egg white
0.75 oz lemon juice
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin.
shake without ice for 30 seconds.
then Add ice and shake for 30 more seconds for proper dilution.
Strain into a rocks glass.

Garnish with grated cinnamon.
Gorovka Smash

1oz demerara simple
6 fresh mint leaves
4 lemon slices

put your mint leaves amd lemon slices into a shaking tin and muddle them.
Combine all other ingredients into the shaking tin.
then Add ice and shake for 30 more seconds for proper dilution.
Strain into a rocks glass.

add ice.
Garnish with fresh mint and a lemon slice.
