.75 oz MENDEL 100% pea vodka

0.5 oz lemon juice

 

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin.

 

Add ice and shake for 30 seconds for proper dilution.

 

Strain into a highball.

top with tonic and garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.

1oz GINGER BEAR

4 oz Tea of your choice

a fresh squeezed lemon

 

Brew tea of your choice, then pour into mug.

​

Add the GINGER bear.

1.5 oz GOM SOJU 100% rice soju

1 oz GINGER BEAR ginger & honey liqueur

0.75 lime juice

0.5 oz honey simple

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin.

Strain into pineapple glass.

Garnish with lemon wheel.

0.5 oz lemon juice

3 dashes of lavender & mint bitters

 

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin.

 

Add ice and shake for 30 seconds for proper dilution.
