Spicy Margarita
1.5oz SOCHNY agave derived spirit
1 oz lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz CHILITROIKA chili liqueur
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin.
Add ice and shake for 30 seconds for proper dilution.
Strain into a rocks glass.

garnish with dehydrated lime or chili pepper.

1 oz egg white
0.75 oz CHILITROIKA chili liqueur
0.75 oz maple syrup
0.75 oz pineapple juice
0.75 oz lemon juice
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin.

Shake it without ice for 30 seconds.
then Add ice and shake for 30 more seconds for proper dilution.
Strain into a coupe.

garnish angostura bitters, pineapple wedge, and tajin on the rim.
